Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M.- 6:00 P.M. Daily
Campground Quiet Hours: 10:00 P.M. to 8 A.M.
Policies
You are responsible to pay for all dates booked if you do not make changes to your reservations or cancel AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN DATE.
If you wish to extend your stay, you might be required to move to another site - as prior reservations have first priority.
CHECK-IN TIME: TENT & RV SITES: 3:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. CST
CHECK-OUT TIME: 1:00 P.M. CST
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
CANCELLATION POLICY - TENT & R.V. SITES: A $25.00 Cancellation Fee per day will be Charged if reservation is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date. Last minute cancellations (less than 10 days prior) will result in forfeiture of fees collected.
GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO RESPECT THE CAMPGROUND PROPERTY
We pride ourselves at providing a clean and safe Camp experience.
Garbage is to be placed in covered receptacles provided for you at various locations.
Food products & food waste shall be stored or disposed of in a manner as to not attract rodents.
Operating ATV’s, Firing Guns, Fishing or Hunting of any kind is not allowed on Camp property.
Please ask the office for local recreational areas to fish, boat, or ride ATVs.
Each campsite is allowed one fire ring per site.
Campfires must be attended to and fires put completely out prior to guests leaving their campsite.
Burning bans rarely happen, but guests must comply if windy, dry conditions merit a ban.
Carry-in firewood is not permitted. RiverWood has local firewood available for purchase.
Guests must remain within the Campground Property boundaries, clearly marked by signage.
Guests who trespass on neighboring properties may be subject to animal trap injuries, county police intervention and will lose future camping privileges at RiverWood Campground. RiverWood Campground is not liable for any injuries or damage claims associated with guests who present a danger to other guests, themselves or camp property.
PET POLICY
Due to our insurance requirements, we do not allow Rottweiler, Pit Bull or Chow Breeds.
Quiet well-behaved animals are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times.
Proof of valid vaccination is required. Current health papers may be required at check-in.
Owners are responsible to clean up after their pets anywhere within the campground.
Pets are not allowed in cabins or Campground buildings. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets; that includes damage to other campers.
A fee will be added to your credit card on file for any damages/cleanup situations created by your pet.
NO REFUNDS BE GIVEN IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE.
RiverWood Campground reserves the right to remove pets from the campground that threaten or are deemed to be dangerous to other guests and pets at the Campground.
